Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.
Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
CapPop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
