Refund policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. If your return request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • personalized items
  • personal care goods
  • hazardous materials
  • flammable liquids or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
